Doing good is fundamental to the success of ours society. It helps us get by, and makes life a little easier. To contribute to that, my team and I get together on Tuesday nights and debate ideas for this week specials. Good, for restaurants, is putting together the best concoctions that hopefully makes our guests appreciate the value of Terrazza and enjoy their evening dining with us.
That debate is governed by a few guidelines. An important guideline is to design based on what we thing we would love to get at a restaurant. And this week version of this is ; A prime cut of filet mignon cooked to your liking (which I hope is not well done) topped with Maine Lobster and shrimps drizzled with white wine garlic lemon sauce on top of mashed potatoes and asparagus.
